COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

This award will honour a construction project that has made a meaningful and lasting positive impact on the community it serves. It will celebrate a project that goes beyond the build itself—actively engaging with local people, collaborating with community partners, creating opportunities and delivering something that genuinely improve people’s lives.

Entries should aim to demonstrate some of the following:

Positive Community Impact: Clear improvements to local wellbeing or living conditions

Strong Engagement: Genuine collaboration with residents or community groups

Opportunity Creation: Jobs, training, or skills development for local people

Social Value: Inclusive initiatives that support diverse or vulnerable groups

Lasting Benefit: Outcomes that continue to strengthen the community long after project completion
