This award will recognise a women stepping into a traditionally male-dominated industry with determination, skill, and a passion for learning.

It will recognise someone who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to mastering her craft and contributing to the success of every project she’s been part of.

Entries should aim to demonstrate some of the following:

Advocacy: She’s passionate about showing other women that construction is a place for them too

Problem Solving: Demonstrates creative solutions or new approaches that improved outcomes

Professional Growth: Clear progression in skills, responsibilities, and industry knowledge

Team Player: Evidence of contributions to project success, efficiency, or quality
